You can track your order directly by logging into your Zèta customer account. You will receive a tracking email for the package as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

Fees, customs and taxes

European Union
Our prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes for orders to European Union countries. No supplement will be payable.

Countries outside the European Union
For orders to countries outside the European Union, they are subject to any taxes and customs fees in the country of destination .The costs and formalities are therefore the responsibility of the customer, who is responsible for paying all government taxes. (We can't guarantee the fees will be charged as they are randomly made by customs.)

UK
Due to Brexit, all UK orders over £135/€150 are now subject to all taxes. The costs and formalities are therefore the responsibility of the customer who is responsible for the payment of all government taxes. They are to be paid to the carrier upon delivery.
