La collezione Alpha è realizzata a partire da un materiale innovativo e sostenibile a base di uva, che permette di valorizzare le tonnellate di scarti vinicoli prodotti ogni anno dai vigneti.
Processo di produzione
Durante la vinificazione, la vinaccia, costituita da bucce, semi e residui, viene messa da parte prima di essere disidratata in forni. La materia essiccata viene poi polverizzata prima di essere mescolata con PU a base d'acqua per ottenere una pasta densa. Questa pasta viene infine spalmata su un tessuto in poliestere riciclato, prima di essere tagliata e assemblata dai nostri artigiani per la realizzazione delle nostre calzature.
