Terms of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all relations between the company ZETA SHOES, a company with a share capital of €6,000, having its registered office at 7 allées de Chartres, 33000 Bordeaux, registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under no. 889 329 157 000 16, hereinafter referred to as "Zèta", and customers of the website www.zeta-shoes.com.

Prior to any transaction, the customer acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions and expressly accepts them upon clicking the order confirmation button.
ARTICLE 1: Special terms of sale
The customer acknowledges having read the special terms of sale displayed on screen at the time of ordering (product, price, quantity, specifications, cost of services) and accepts them unreservedly.
ARTICLE 2: Legal capacity and acceptance of terms
2.1 Legal capacity
The Site is accessible:
- To natural persons of legal age, or minors with the consent of their legal representative.
- To legal entities represented by a natural person with the legal capacity to act.
2.2 Acceptance of the general terms and conditions
Acceptance is confirmed by ticking a checkbox when placing the order. Any conditional acceptance is deemed null and void.
ARTICLE 3: Orders
3.1 Placing an order
The customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided when placing their order.
3.2 Order confirmation
Following confirmation, the Buyer will receive an email summarising their order, the GTCs, and their invoice. In the event of non-receipt, please contact Zèta promptly.
ARTICLE 4: Prices and payment terms
4.1 Prices
Prices are displayed in euros inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs are indicated separately prior to final confirmation.
4.2 Payment methods
Payment in full is required upon ordering, by payment card or other methods available on the site.
4.3 Retention of title
Zèta retains ownership of the products until full payment has been received.
4.4 Payment by UpCadhoc card
We accept payments by UpCadhoc card. When choosing your payment method, select "Mastercard", then enter your UpCadhoc card details. Please ensure that your card balance is sufficient to cover the entire order amount, as split payments are not accepted. In the event of returning a product paid for with an UpCadhoc card, a credit note for the corresponding amount will be issued, valid for a future purchase on the site. No cash refunds can be made.
ARTICLE 5: Delivery
5.1 Delivery territories
The site offers delivery to Europe and to certain international destinations explicitly indicated on the site.
5.2 Delivery methods
Delivery methods, associated costs and delivery times are clearly specified at the time of ordering.
5.2 Delivery times
Delivery times are indicated in the order confirmation email. In the event of non-delivery, the Buyer may request cancellation in accordance with legal conditions.
5.4 International delivery fees
Specific charges may apply to international deliveries in accordance with the pricing schedule displayed on the site when ordering (United States, Canada, Brazil, Australia, etc.).
ARTICLE 6: Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has 14 days to return the Products at their own expense. Return fees will be applied according to the following terms:
- France: €6 deduction
- Europe (excluding France): €10 deduction
- International outside Europe: $15 deduction
Refunds will be processed within 30 days following receipt and inspection of the return.
ARTICLE 7: Product exchanges
The Buyer has 14 days to request a free exchange of their order, subject to the exceptions indicated below:
- South Africa: $45 contribution
- Brazil: $45 contribution
- Australia: $25 contribution
To request an exchange, contact Zèta by email at hello@zeta-shoes.com. The new product will be dispatched after inspection of the returned item.
ARTICLE 8: Statutory warranties
In the event of a lack of conformity or latent defect, the Buyer must notify Zèta by email with supporting evidence (photographs). Returns for defects are covered by Zèta.
ARTICLE 9: Obligations of Buyers
The Buyer is responsible for the use of the products and for verifying their suitability for their requirements.
ARTICLE 10: Liability of Zèta
Zèta does not warrant that products are suitable for specific requirements, and its liability is limited to proven direct damages.
ARTICLE 11: Intellectual property
The content of the site and Zèta products are protected by intellectual property rights.
ARTICLE 12: Personal data
Zèta applies a dedicated personal data protection policy.
ARTICLE 13: Advertising
Zèta may publish advertising or promotional messages on its website and in its communications.
ARTICLE 14: Third-party links and websites
Zèta is not responsible for the content of third-party websites accessible from its site.
ARTICLE 15: Prohibited conduct
Any improper use of the site or the information it contains is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
ARTICLE 16: Amendments
Zèta reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are those in force on the date of the order.
ARTICLE 17: Language
In the event of translation of the GTCs, the French version shall prevail.
ARTICLE 18: Governing law and jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 19: Product specifications
Product specifications are presented on the site. Photographs are non-contractual.
