ACE'98: Past shapes the future.

It all begins on a tennis court, at the end of a match between Laure and her father. Watching him pick up worn balls, a simple gesture becomes the starting point of a reflection: what if the end of the game were only the beginning of something else? From this intuition, the ACE'98 collection was born.

A heritage in motion

This is a collection that speaks of transmission, the pleasure of gesture and those objects we love to see age by our side. With its lines inspired by the 1980s and its vintage hues, each piece has been designed to last, like a memory passed down through generations.

Closing the loop

Tennis is a sport of exchanges, yet its by-products remain frozen in time: 14 million balls are discarded every year in France, taking centuries to disappear. We chose to change their fate by incorporating them directly into our materials.

ACE'98 is where the traditions of yesterday meet the solutions of tomorrow. A collection that carries the spirit of tennis clubs, from the court to your everyday life.

Past shapes the future.

For us, organic cotton is first and foremost a matter of common sense. It's about choosing a material that respects both the earth and those who wear it.

The main difference from conventional cotton lies in its environmental impact. Its cultivation uses on average 91% less water because it relies mainly on rainwater and richer soils that retain moisture better. Added to this is a crucial figure of 0% synthetic chemicals. By eliminating toxic pesticides and fertilizers, biodiversity and the health of those who produce it are preserved.

Beyond the ecological aspect, it's on the skin that you truly feel the difference. Since the fibers are not weakened by aggressive treatments, they are softer and more durable. An organic cotton garment is a piece that breathes better and has a much longer lifespan after repeated washes.

Choosing organic can reduce a product's carbon footprint by approximately 46% compared to conventional cotton.

It means opting for a textile with a clean story, from seed to workshop, for comfort that truly lasts.

It was at the age of 20 that Albano assembled his first pair of shoes, in the back of a garage.

His first pairs of shoes will then be sold in a few shops in the city and at the end of mass on Sundays. The shoes pleased with their quality and were quickly sold throughout the North of Portugal.

For more than thirty years, nearly 150 artisans have now perpetuated Portuguese craftsmanship by paying particular attention to details and finishes. They joined the adventure alongside us in 2022 and we have built very strong relationships over the months.
