The sherpa jacket owes its name to the famous sherpa fabric, a soft and fluffy material that imitates sheep's wool, also known as faux shearling. Contrary to what people think, it is not real animal skin but an innovative textile material. It combines the best of both worlds: the warmth of shearling and the lightness of fleece.

How we redesigned it:

At Zeta, we wanted to redesign the sherpa fleece jacket. Our goal is simple: to make it kinder to the planet. No animal fur, only upcycled materials. The jacket is crafted from recycled plastic (PET) from bottles. An innovative, durable and responsible material.

Organic & recycled cotton

The material combines the natural comfort of organic cotton with a reduced impact thanks to recycled fibres. The result: a fabric that is responsible, comfortable and structured all at once.
