It all begins on a tennis court, at the end of a match between Laure and her father. Watching him collect worn balls, an everyday gesture sparked an idea: what if the end of the game was only the beginning of something new? From this insight, the ACE’98 collection was born.

Tennis is a sport of rallies and exchanges, but its discarded materials remain stuck in place: 14 million balls are thrown away every year in France, taking centuries to disappear. We have chosen to rewrite their destiny by incorporating them directly into our materials.
