› What is the lifespan of a pair of Zetas?

Our materials are carefully selected so that you can keep your sneakers for as long as possible.
Before launch, each of our prototypes is tested by the CTCP (Footwear Technology Center of Portugal) to perform flexibility and abrasion tests. In addition, our prototypes are tested in real-life conditions within our team and by select members of the Zèta club.
The assembly of each pair is carried out by hand by our Portuguese artisans, and rigorous quality control is carried out at the end of each production.

› Are Zèta sneakers comfortable?

Comfort is often a feature overlooked by brands when designing shoes.
At Zèta, we place aesthetics, ethics and comfort at the heart of each of our product developments.
Thanks to their thick soles and soft lining, our shoes are real slippers (approved and recommended by osteopaths)!
No more blisters and leg pain: they will be your best ally for long walks in the city or in the forest!

› Are all models unisex?

All of our sneakers are unisex. We offer sizes ranging from 35 to 48 (depending on the collection).
We adapt each model so that they can adapt to the morphology of the foot (width, instep, heel) and the insoles are removable to slip in your specific insoles if necessary.

› Are your products only available online?

No, we don't sell our sneakers exclusively online.

If you live in and around Bordeaux, or are passing through the region, you can come and see, try on and potentially buy a pair of Zèta directly at our store at 41 rue Saint-François.

Coffee — A material that brings your capsules back to life

Before being a shoe, the Moka is a residue. More precisely, coffee grounds. A by-product that is massively found in our consumption patterns—particularly via single-use capsules.

At Zèta, we don't see it as a leftover, but as a resource.

From coffee to shoes

The grounds are collected from a Nespresso sorting center in Portugal. They are first dehydrated in ovens, then mixed with a water-based PU. This dark paste is then spread on a cotton canvas before being cut and assembled by hand.

The resulting texture is soft, resilient, and slightly grainy. It is this deep brown material that gives Moka its name.

Locally rooted, designed to last

Made in Portugal, this material contains:

It is mounted on our sneakers by our local artisans, with the same level of requirement as for our other models.

We are proud to collaborate with partners who share our values and are as committed as we are, both environmentally and socially.

It was in 1993 that Manuel Oliveira founded his own workshop, after spending his adolescence making shoes. A few years ago, his son Tierri joined the family business and its 25 artisans.

This team of true enthusiasts perpetuates artisanal assembly and pays particular attention to details and finishes. They were the first to believe in the beginnings of the project in 2019, and today they are at the heart of the brand.
