Originally from the nautical wardrobe, women's boat shoes have definitely left the decks of ships to establish themselves as a staple in women's fashion. Sometimes called boat moccasins, this iconic silhouette retains its historical codes: a topstitched vamp, visible seams, and the authentic lacing that wraps around the foot.

At Zèta, we have reinvented this great classic. Designed in Bordeaux, our version shakes up traditional codes with a distinctive sole and bold color and print combinations.

No more new shoes that hurt your feet. We know that a beautiful pair of boat shoes should above all be comfortable to wear every day. That's why the comfort of our collection leaves nothing to chance.

Each model first passes through the hands of the CTCP (the Shoe Technology Center in Portugal) to ensure they are as comfortable as possible! But we go further: before reaching your feet, our prototypes are tested for many months in real conditions by our own teams. The result? An ultra-comfortable boat moccasin, flexible from day one, designed to accompany you from morning to night!

Imbued with a sweet scent of Saudade, our approach values long-term commitment and well-executed work. It is in Portugal, in our family workshops with historical expertise, that your shoes come to life.

True to our values, we have selected recycled materials to design models that are as sustainable as they are aesthetic. From the upper to the sole, every component is designed to limit our impact.

How to wear your boat shoes?

Forget their overly classic side: boat shoes have become the obsession of the season. Dare to wear them with pretty visible socks under a midi skirt or high-waisted shorts. For everyday wear, pair your boat shoes with long jeans that fall over the shoe.
