Our prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes for orders shipped to countries within the European Union. No additional fees will be charged.
Do you ship your sneakers outside Europe?
Until early 2025, we refused to ship outside Europe due to the carbon emissions associated with air transport. However, economic realities have caught up with us, and to continue growing, we have chosen to open the Asian and American markets. These sales represent less than 0.1% of our revenue. But 0.1% is still 0.1% too much. We are convinced that sometimes, you have to give up a little ground in order to gain twice as much later. Our goal by 2030: to generate enough business volume to open a local logistics centre.
Exchange
Exchanges are free for the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. For the rest of the world, shipping costs remain at your expense. Sneakers can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Which size should I choose?
Our shoes are designed to fit all feet, and we recommend choosing your usual size. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to check the size guide available on each product page.
How long do your sneakers last?
Our materials are carefully selected so you can keep your sneakers for as long as possible. Before launch, each of our prototypes is tested by the CTCP (Footwear Technology Centre in Portugal) to carry out flexibility and abrasion tests. In addition, our prototypes are tested in real-life conditions by our team and by some members of the Zèta Club. Each pair is assembled by hand by our Portuguese artisans, and a rigorous quality control is carried out at the end of each production run.
Are your shoes comfortable?
Comfort is often overlooked by brands when designing shoes. At Zèta, we place aesthetics, ethics and comfort at the heart of every product development. Thanks to their thick soles and ultra-soft lining, our shoes feel like real slippers, approved and recommended by osteopaths. No more blisters or aching legs: they will be your best ally for long walks in the city as well as in the forest.
Are all your models unisex?
All our sneaker models are unisex. We offer sizes from 35 to 48. We adapt each model so it can suit different foot shapes: width, instep and heel. The insoles are removable, allowing you to add your own specific insoles if needed. We also offer a unisex kids’ range, from size 21 to 34. As with all our adult models, comfort is at the heart of this collection. Here too, the mould is perfectly adapted to the shape of a child’s foot, to ensure complete comfort.
Are your products only available online?
No, we do not sell our sneakers only online. You can find most of our models in our points of sale across France and Europe, right here. If you would like to become a retailer and distribute Zèta, this is where it happens.

We recommend waterproofing your shoes to protect them from stains and moisture. Clean your shoes with a sponge or soft cloth and soapy water. Please note: we do not recommend washing your shoes in the washing machine. To restore their whiteness and shine, we recommend using clay cream, a natural shoe cleaner, or our natural cleaning kit.
Recycling programme
Nothing is lost, everything is transformed. With this recycling programme, we are trying to move things forward at our own scale. We offer you a simple and rewarding way to part with your old Zèta: drop your pair off at a Refashion collection point and receive 150 loyalty points, which you can redeem for a €15 voucher. Life cycle assessment
In 2022, we decided to carry out a life cycle assessment of our products and commissioned the independent third-party organisation Bevivien to measure their carbon impact. From the production of raw materials, through transport, shipping and shoe assembly, all the way to delivery to the final customer, one pair of Zèta emits 6kg CO2e, compared with 16kg CO2e for a pair from a major sportswear brand. Each of our raw materials comes from recycling or waste recovery, and is selected according to its distance from the final assembly workshop in order to reduce our carbon impact as much as possible.
Impact measurement
The impact of our products is assessed by Clearfashion, an independent organisation whose role is to inform consumers about brands’ commitments and the impact of clothing. As part of our commitment to transparency with our customers, we have chosen to assess our products according to criteria measuring their impact on the environment, people, health and animals. After many months of evaluation across the entire life cycle of our products and the reliability of our certifications, we are proud to have obtained the highest score in the footwear category: 79/100.
Do you have sales?
Our prices are fairly set all year round, based on the cost of raw materials and fair pay for our artisans.
