At Zèta, by partnering with Labfresh, we weren't simply looking to create a beautiful trainer. We wanted a plant-based material capable of standing up to the reality of your days, while keeping your feet cool.

A plant-based material, yet robust

The maize used for the upper of this trainer comes from crops guaranteed to be pesticide-free. Processed using a clean method, this innovative plant-based alternative is composed of 73% Bio PU and 27% recycled polyester. The result? An extremely durable material that acts as a true scratch shield against everyday friction, while maintaining a clean, consistent appearance.

Technical excellence on the inside

This is where technical expertise truly comes into its own. The inner lining is also derived from cereals (28% cereal polymers, 62% recycled polyester and 10% PU). In practical terms, this composition makes it ultra-breathable and antibacterial. It retains eight times less moisture than a classic trainer. No more overheating: the material works for you, naturally regulating temperature to keep your feet cool, even after 12 hours of walking in the city at 32 degrees.

Designed for intensive use

Beyond the upper, it is the entire architecture of the shoe that is built to last. Assembled by hand in Portugal using the Strobel construction method, renowned for its robustness, it rests on a 50% recycled rubber outsole. Inside, the 100% recycled memory foam insole guarantees absolute comfort.

A trainer that does exactly what you ask of it: accompanying you for the long term, comfortably, without ever wearing out.
