The composition of our comfort shoes

We take care to make these shoes with the greatest care. The selection of materials is, in our opinion, of capital importance to guarantee optimal comfort. Our sneakers are made from innovative materials with a focus on the vegan dimension. We use grape leather for our Alpha model in particular. This material offers flexibility and a particular grain which ensures a feeling of comfort and well-being from the first steps.

In our collections, you will also find our corn-based plant material. The latter is used on several models such as Béta, Alta, Velcro, Kids, etc. This leather, with a smoother texture than that mentioned previously, is distinguished by increased rigidity. Its properties are reminiscent of those of traditional sneakers, but here, it's vegan! Our comfort shoes also include recycled (and recyclable) plastic elements as well as a recycled cork sole. The latter is comfortable and breathable in addition to being removable.

The combination of these materials offers everyday comfort . These shoes are proof that it is possible to combine comfort and ethics.

How are comfortable shoes made?

We are proud to collaborate with partners who share our values ​​and are as committed as we are, both environmentally and socially.

Our production workshops are located in Portugal. It was in 1993 that Manuel Oliveira founded his own workshop in Ovar, about forty kilometers from Porto. After spending his adolescence making shoes, he developed his workshop and was joined by his son Tierri who completed the team of 25 artisans.

This team of true enthusiasts perpetuates artisanal assembly and pays particular attention to details and finishes. They were the first to believe in the beginnings of the project in 2019, and today they are at the heart of our sneakers and our brand. If our shoes are so comfortable today, we owe it to them.
