How do I find my shoe size?

Finding your shoe size is very straightforward. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall and stand on it with your heel firmly against the wall. Draw a line in front of your longest toe, then measure with a ruler. All you need to do is compare the result with our size chart.

How do I find my clothing size?

Measure your shoulders from one end to the other, your chest at underarm level, your waist just above the navel, and the circumference of your arms at the widest point. If you do not have a tape measure, lay your favourite t-shirt flat and measure its width between the underarms as well as its total length to compare with our guide.
