    • European Union
      Our prices are displayed all taxes included for orders to countries in the European Union. No supplement will be payable.

      Countries outside the European Union
      For orders to countries outside the European Union, they are subject to any taxes and customs fees of the country of destination. Costs and formalities are therefore the responsibility of the customer who is responsible for paying all government taxes. (We cannot guarantee the charges because they are done randomly by customs.)

      United Kingdom
      Due to Brexit, all UK orders over £135/€150 are now subject to full tax. Costs and formalities are therefore the responsibility of the customer who is responsible for paying all government taxes. They must be paid to the carrier upon delivery.

      We do not have sales because our prices are set precisely according to the cost of recycled raw materials and the cost of the salaries of our Portuguese artisans 😊

      However, we sometimes make discounts to thank you. I invite you to subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.

      To use a promotional code, nothing could be simpler! Fill out your basket then add your code before payment in the box on the right of your screen.

      Gift card

      We offer gift cards of €50, €100, €129 and €149.

      Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the gift card code. If, however, you do not receive a code within 24 hours of purchase, I invite you to contact us at hello@zeta-shoes.com

    • Modify or cancel my order

      We process your order as soon as it is confirmed. Therefore, it is impossible to cancel or modify it. For your information, returns are free. Once the order is received, you will be able to request a return and obtain a refund.

      Under each product sheet there is a size guide to help you select the size.

      If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the one below!

      Did you order a first pair during the 2020 Ulule campaign? Attention ! We have since readjusted our sizes. I therefore invite you to choose a size smaller. For example, if your size corresponds to a 41, I recommend that you choose size 40.
