A problem with the size ordered? We exchange your pair for free.

Sneakers can be returned 14 days after receipt of your order for an exchange.

Here are some conditions to respect to return your package to us:

- Sneakers must be in their original packaging (undamaged packaging)

- Trainers must be in original condition and tried on indoors only

- The purchase order must be inside your return package.

We will make a product exchange within the limit of available stock (we cannot guarantee to have the item in stock immediately upon receipt of your package.)

Warning! For any preparation errors, please contact us at hello@zeta-shoes.com before making the return of the pair.

Be sure to send us an email at hello@zeta-shoes.com to let us know the new size you want or the new color.

Refunding Your Sneakers

Sneakers can be returned 14 days after receipt of your order for a refund.

For refund requests, be sure to email us at hello@zeta-shoes.com

The package must be returned by you:

- Sneakers must be in their original packaging (undamaged packaging)

- Trainers must be in original condition and tried on indoors only

- The purchase order must be inside your return package.

Refunds are made upon receipt and control of the return (this may take more or less time depending on the volume of returns to be processed). They will appear in your bank account within 3-10 days.

Withdrawal period

You have 14 days to return your Zèta from the date of delivery. We will only take your pair back if it is in its original condition and packaging.
To ensure this, we recommend that you only try on your pair indoors and be careful not to damage it.
If you decide to return your Zètas, put them back in their original packaging and send them back to us using the return form.
