Exchanges offered

A problem with the size ordered? We exchange your pair for free.

Sneakers can be returned 14 days after receipt of your order for an exchange.

Here are some conditions to respect to return your package to us:

- Sneakers must be in their original packaging (undamaged packaging)

- Sneakers must be in original condition and tried on indoors only

- The purchase order must be inside your return package.

Simply generate your return voucher by clicking here and choose the "store credit" option.

Warning! For any preparation errors, please contact us at hello@zeta-shoes.com before making the return of the pair.

We bear the cost of returns, but the shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Refunding Your Sneakers

Sneakers can be returned 14 days after receipt of your order for a refund.

For refund requests, be sure to email us at hello@zeta-shoes.com

The package must be returned by you:

- Sneakers must be in their original packaging (undamaged packaging)

- Sneakers must be in original condition and tried on indoors only

- The purchase order must be inside your return package.

Refunds are issued within 30 days of shipment and return verification (this may take longer or shorter depending on the volume of returns to be processed).

Warning! For purchases made using gift cards, the corresponding amount can only be transferred to a gift card. Gift cards are not refundable either.

We bear the cost of returns, but the shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

 

Withdrawal period

You have 14 days to return your Zèta from the date of delivery. We will only take your pair back if it is in its original condition and packaging.
To ensure this, we recommend that you only try on your pair indoors and be careful not to damage it.
If you decide to return your Zètas, put them back in their original packaging and send them back to us using the return form.
