FAQ
› What is the lifespan of a pair of Zèta?Our materials are carefully selected so that you can keep your trainers for as long as possible.
Before launching, each of our prototypes is tested by the CTCP (Footwear Technological Centre of Portugal) for flexibility and abrasion resistance. In addition, our prototypes are tested in real-life conditions by our team and by select members of the Zèta club.
Each pair is handcrafted by our Portuguese artisans, and rigorous quality control is carried out at the end of every production run.› Are Zèta trainers comfortable?Comfort is often an overlooked feature by brands when designing shoes.
At Zèta, we place aesthetics, ethics, and comfort at the heart of each of our product designs.
Thanks to their thick soles and ultra-soft lining, our shoes feel like real slippers (approved and recommended by osteopaths)!
No more blisters and leg aches: they will be your best ally for long walks in the city as well as in the forest!› Are all styles unisex? All of our sneakers are unisex. We offer sizes ranging from 35 to 48 (depending on the collection).
We adapt each style to suit the morphology of the foot (width, instep, heel), and the insoles are removable so you can insert your custom orthotics if needed.› Can I buy in-store?You can find most of our styles in our stockists across France and Europe, right here. To become a retailer and stock Zèta, this is the place to be.

Coffee — A material that gives new life to your pods
Before becoming a shoe, Moka is a residue. More precisely, coffee grounds. A by-product widely found in our consumption habits — notably through single-use pods.
At Zèta, we do not see it as waste, but as a resource.
From coffee to shoe
The coffee grounds are collected from a Nespresso sorting centre in Portugal. They are first dehydrated in ovens, then blended with a water-based PU. This dark paste is subsequently spread onto a cotton canvas before being cut and assembled by hand.
The resulting texture is supple, resistant, and subtly textured. It is this deep brown material that gives Moka its name.
Locally rooted, designed to last
Crafted in Portugal, this material contains:
15% coffee, 50% cotton, 35% water-based PU.
It is assembled onto our trainers by our local artisans, with the exact same high standards as for our other styles.
Your feet carry you, take good care of them.
At Zèta, comfort is not an afterthought, it is our starting point. Where many brands focus solely on style, we choose to combine aesthetics, ethics and well-being at every stage of development of our trainers.
Our models are designed to adapt naturally to your foot: supple, lightweight, and breathable, they make you feel like you are walking in slippers – and that is exactly what over 90% of our customers tell us in their reviews. So it is not just us saying it, it is you.
The secret? We use the Strobel construction, a premium manufacturing technique that gives the shoe exceptional flexibility. The result: natural cushioning, no feeling of stiffness, and incomparable freedom of movement, even after hours of walking.
No more blisters and heavy legs: our trainers go with you everywhere, in the city as in the woods, from the first to the last step of the day.
Trainers made to last, without compromising on comfort.
Our materials are carefully selected to ensure they are pleasant to wear and durable over time. Before being launched, all our prototypes are inspected by the CTCP (Footwear Technological Centre of Portugal) for flexibility and abrasion testing. Then, they are tested in real-world conditions by our team and Zèta club members.
Each pair is assembled by hand by our Portuguese artisans, then subjected to rigorous quality control to ensure that your comfort meets our high standards – and yours.
Manufacturing workshop - Ovar, Portugal
We are proud to collaborate with partners who share our values and are just as committed as we are, both environmentally and socially.
In 1993, Manuel Oliveira founded his own workshop after spending his youth crafting shoes. A few years ago, his son Tierri joined the family business and its 25 artisans.
This team of genuine enthusiasts perpetuates artisanal assembly, paying special attention to details and finishes. They were the first to believe in the beginnings of the project in 2019, and today they are at the heart of the brand.
