How to find your shoe size?

Finding your shoe size is very simple. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall and stand on it with your heel pressed firmly against the wall. Draw a line in front of your longest toe, then measure the length with a ruler. All you need to do next is compare the measurement with our size chart.

How to find your clothing size?

Measure your shoulders from edge to edge, your chest across the armpits, your waist just above the navel, and your upper arms at the widest point. If you do not have a tape measure, lay your favourite T-shirt flat and measure its width from armpit to armpit as well as its total length to compare with our guide.
