We strive to guarantee full traceability through short supply chains, ensuring that every stage of our supply chain is transparent, ethical and minimises our carbon footprint.
By relocating our warehouse to Bordeaux, we reduce our carbon footprint: our workshops and our storage point are fewer than 1,000 kilometres apart.

The Alpha collection is made from an innovative and sustainable grape-based material, helping to recover the tonnes of viticultural by-products generated by vineyards each year.
Manufacturing process
During winemaking, the grape marc — made up of skins, seeds and residues — is set aside before being dried in ovens. Once dry, the material is ground into a fine powder before being mixed with water-based PU to form a thick paste. This paste is then spread onto a recycled polyester fabric, before being cut and assembled by our artisans to craft our shoes.

The Bêta, Alta, Velcro and Kids collections are made from maize-based material, one of the most innovative and durable plant-based alternatives.
Manufacturing process
The maize used comes from non-food crops, which therefore does not divert food resources from human or animal supply chains. Once harvested, the maize undergoes fermentation to extract dextrose, a process that requires no petrochemical products. The extracted dextrose is used to create a polymer that is blended with a small quantity of PU to produce a thick, durable fibre.

The Moka collection is made from an innovative coffee-based material, allowing the coffee grounds from capsules to be given a new life.
Manufacturing process
The coffee grounds are extracted from capsules at the Nespresso recycling centre in Portugal. The coffee is dehydrated in ovens to remove moisture, then blended with water-based PU to solidify the material. The resulting brown material is then spread onto a thick cotton canvas, before being cut by our artisans and assembled onto the shoe.

Our laces and the lining of our Alpha, Velcro and Kids collections are made from recycled plastic, derived from the recycling of plastic bottles.
Manufacturing process
Bottles and other plastic waste are collected before being broken down into small pieces. They are then melted and woven to become mesh for the lining of our shoes, or future laces.

The Olea collection is made from an innovative and durable olive-based material, allowing the valorisation of the tonnes of olive-pressing by-products generated by olive groves every year.
Manufacturing process
After the olives are pressed to extract their oil, the olive pomace — comprising skins, stones and residues — is set aside and finely ground. It is then blended with PU to form a thick paste, which is dyed using natural pigments.
The paste is spread onto a thick backing cloth before passing through ovens to solidify the material, then cut by our artisans for the manufacture of our shoes.
