By relocating our warehouse to Bordeaux, we are reducing our carbon footprint: less than 1000 kilometers separate our workshops and our storage point.

The Alpha collection is made from an innovative and sustainable grape material, thus making it possible to recycle the tons of wine waste produced by vineyards each year.
Manufacturing process
During winemaking, the grape marc, made up of skins, seeds and residues, is set aside before being dehydrated in ovens. The dry material will be ground into a fine powder before being mixed with water-based PU to become a thick paste. This paste will finally be spread on a recycled polyester fabric, before being cut and assembled by our artisans to make our shoes.

The Bêta, Alta, Velcro and Kids collections are made from corn material, a most innovative and resistant plant-based alternative.
Manufacturing process
The corn used comes from non-food crops, which therefore does not divert food resources from human or animal supply chains. Once harvested, the corn undergoes fermentation to extract dextrose, the process of which does not require the use of petrochemicals. The extracted dextrose is used to create a polymer which will be mixed with a small amount of PU to create a thick, strong fiber.

The Moka collection is made from an innovative coffee material, allowing coffee grounds from capsules to be reused.
Manufacturing process
The coffee grounds are extracted from the capsules at the Nespresso recycling center in Portugal. The coffee is dehydrated in ovens to extract the moisture, then mixed with water-based PU to solidify the material. The brown material obtained will then be spread on a thick cotton canvas, before being cut by our artisans and assembled on the shoe.

Our laces and lining of our Alpha, Velcro and Kids collections are made from recycled plastic, from the recycling of plastic bottles.
Manufacturing process
Bottles and other plastic waste are collected before being crushed into small pieces. They will then be melted, then woven to become mesh for the inside of our shoes, or even future laces.

Die Kollektion Olea wird aus einem innovativen und widerstandsfähigen Olivenmaterial hergestellt, das es ermöglicht, die Tonnen von Olivenrückständen, die Olivenhaine jedes Jahr produzieren, sinnvoll weiterzuverwerten.
Herstellungsprozess
Nach dem Pressen der Oliven zur Ölgewinnung werden die Oliventrestern – bestehend aus Schalen, Kernen und Rückständen – beiseitegelegt und fein gemahlen. Anschließend werden sie mit PU vermischt, um eine dicke Paste zu bilden, die mit natürlichen Pigmenten eingefärbt wird.
Die Paste wird auf ein dickes Gewebe aufgetragen, bevor sie zum Aushärten in Öfen kommt, anschließend wird sie von unseren Handwerkern für die Herstellung unserer Schuhe zugeschnitten.
