Comment trouver sa pointure de chaussure ?

Pour connaître votre pointure, c’est très simple. Placez une feuille au sol contre un mur et posez votre pied dessus, le talon bien collé à la paroi. Tracez un trait devant votre orteil le plus long, puis mesurez avec une règle. Il ne vous reste plus qu'à comparer le résultat avec notre tableau.

Comment trouver sa taille de vêtement ?

Mesurez vos épaules d'une extrémité à l'autre, votre buste au niveau des aisselles, votre taille juste au-dessus du nombril et le tour de vos bras au point le plus large. Si vous n'avez pas de mètre ruban, étalez votre t-shirt préféré à plat et mesurez sa largeur entre les aisselles ainsi que sa longueur totale pour comparer avec notre guide.
