At Zèta, in partnering with Labfresh, we didn't just aim to create a beautiful sneaker. We wanted a plant-based material that could withstand the realities of your daily life, while keeping your feet cool.

A plant-based, yet robust material

The corn used for the upper of this sneaker comes from pesticide-free crops. Transformed using a clean process, this innovative plant-based alternative is made of 73% Bio PU and 27% recycled polyester. The result? An extremely strong material that acts as a true anti-scratch shield against daily friction, while maintaining a neat and consistent appearance.

Technicality on the inside

This is where technical expertise comes into its own. The inner lining is also derived from cereals (28% cereal polymers, 62% recycled polyester, and 10% PU). Specifically, this composition makes it ultra-breathable and antibacterial. It retains eight times less moisture than a classic sneaker. No more hot feet: the material works for you and naturally regulates temperature to keep your feet cool, even after 12 hours of walking in the city in 32-degree weather.

Designed for intensive use

Beyond the upper, the entire architecture of the shoe is designed to last. Hand-assembled in Portugal with a Strobel construction known for its robustness, it rests on a sole made of 50% recycled rubber. Inside, the 100% recycled memory foam insole guarantees absolute comfort.

A sneaker that does exactly what is asked of it: to accompany you for a long time, comfortably, without ever wearing out.
