Die Alpha-Kollektion wird aus einem innovativen und nachhaltigen Material aus Weintrauben hergestellt und ermöglicht so die Wiederverwertung der Tonnen von Weinabfällen, die jedes Jahr in den Weinbergen anfallen.
Prozess der Herstellung
Während der Weinherstellung wird der Traubentrester, der aus Schalen, Kernen und Rückständen besteht, beiseitegelegt, bevor er in Öfen entwässert wird. Das trocken gewordene Material wird zu einem feinen Pulver gemahlen und dann mit PU auf Wasserbasis zu einer dicken Paste vermengt. Diese Paste wird schließlich auf einen Stoff aus recyceltem Polyester aufgetragen, bevor sie von unseren Handwerkern zugeschnitten und zu Schuhen zusammengesetzt wird.
